This 4 night package includes big game viewing activities in both the Kruger National Park, including Umkumbe Bush Lodge’s private traverse in the Sabi Game Reserve. Also included in this package are return road transfers from either of Skukuza Airport or Kruger Mpumalanga Airport.

Safari Drives in the Sabi Sand
Head out on game drive on Umkumbe Bush Lodge’s exclusive traverse in the Sabi Sand, guests are accompanied by an experienced guide in an open 4x4 safari vehicle. This area provides ample bird-viewing opportunities along with a variety of game species, such as buffalo, zebra, giraffe, kudu, blue wildebeest, impala, warthog, nyala, waterbuck, as well as white rhino. Predators that can be viewed included leopard, lion, hyena and possibly cheetah and wild dog. At sunset your guide will find a setting in the beautiful African savanna for you to enjoy a safari sundowner. Get to know your guide, ask as many questions as you can and take in the safari sunset scenes around you. After dark, we will slowly start making our way back to the Lodge making use of the spotlight, set out in search of the nocturnal animals.
Full Day Game Drive in the Kruger National Park
Your safari to the Kruger National Park will start before sunrise in an open safari vehicle which allows you to view animals from a higher vantage point and a perfect panoramic view. Your guide will use his expert knowledge to search for, and find, the iconic animals in the park as well as interpreting the natural environment. You will stop at various lookout points, waterholes and rivers to increase your chances of seeing as many of the fauna & flora that the park has to offer as well as breath taking scenery of the different areas of the park.
You will be provided with individually packed breakfast packs which you will be able to enjoy at a rest camp or a picnic spot along the planned route for that day, there will also be a lunch stop should you wish to purchase a lunch snack or simply stretch your legs.
You will return just in time for a sundowner drink or a dip in the Lodge pool.
