With spring in full swing, the bush comes alive, with trees slowly sprouting fresh leaves one by one. This renewal isn't limited to the flora – new life is emerging all around us. While some animals are just starting to show signs of pregnancy, the first litters are already arriving.

Nestled near the seasonal Sand River, in a beautiful forested thicket, this brand new family-run lodge is located in the iconic and wildlife rich Sabie Game Reserve which forms part of the Greater Kruger and shares unfenced borders with famed Kruger National Park.

This 4 night package includes big game viewing activities in both the Kruger National Park, including Umkumbe Bush Lodge’s private traverse in the Sabi Game Reserve. Also included in this package are return road transfers from either of Skukuza Airport or Kruger Mpumalanga Airport.
